Giappiachini is a gem for someone wanting a small restoration project with great potential It is ideally situated on a hillside having lovely views over the sought after Niccone valley.
The house is the most ancient part of a small group on Migianella hill, but has one of the best positions as it looks out over the valley and has a small garden. The building is in good structural order. The roof would have to be renewed (although the beams are reasonably sound) but the walls and floors are all good. There is terracotta flooring in most rooms and chestnut beamed ceilings in all of them.
The accommodation is on three floors, two rooms on each floor. Each room is about 15sq.mts. Entrance to the ground floor from the garden there is also a stairway with a loggia to the first floor. There is a wooden internal stairway from the first floor to the second.
Electricity is connected to the building but the property has not yet it's own supply (very simple to obtain). Mains water can be connected.
