Umbertide

Seguenti sits in an elevated but sheltered position above the Tiber valley and is an excellent example of a typical Umbrian farmhouse. It is arranged on two floors with the ground floor occupied by two large animal rooms and at first floor level, accessed by an external staircase and loggia, there are a further 5 rooms. All the floors are in good condition as are the walls and the roof. It does however require restoration. Adjacent to the house is an interesting barn that could be converted to form extra accommodation or a separate dwelling. The house is approximately 200 sq.mts. and the barn a further 120 sq.mts.

Water could be piped down from a lake above the property but it would be preferable to drill a new well. Mains electricity is not connected although this would not be a difficult job as it has been brought to within 200 mts. of the property. The property is surrounded by approximately 5000 sq. mts. on which there are some olives and fruit trees although more land can be purchased if required.
