Located in wonderful countryside between Perugia and Umbertide, and with stunning views, Palazzo Buraccia is in need of complete restoration.
The major portion of the building consists of an old C15th tower that was used to guard one of the valleys leading to the capital of Umbria, Perugia. Over the centuries, additional space was constructed to turn the building from one of war to one of peace, where peasant farmers would live with their families cultivating olives and rearing livestock.

The property has not been lived in for decades, and bearing this in mind, is in reasonable shape. The tower has 4 floors and the rest of the edifice is on 2 levels. Access from the tarmac road is by way of 2 kms. of white road, which in the main is quite good. Umbertide is about 15 kms away. Martignana, where everyday shopping can be accomplished is about 9 kms.
