Located in a fantastic position high above the Niccone Valley, Complessione is a wonderful old ruin in need of complete restoration. A project has been prepared by a local architect on behalf of the present owner that shows a possible conversion to give three independent living units. A more sensible solution (as far as we are concerned) would be to create a luxurious family home with guest accommodation.

The access to the house is via 5 kilometres of good white road (the last 300 metres needs a bit of attention!)

There are no services at present, which means that a well would have to be drilled and power connected. The nearest supply point is about 300 metres away, which is also where the nearest neighbour is!
