| This attractive castle
was rebuilt in the 1970’s to make a small country house hotel. It is in a splendid position for this purpose as it is very close to Deruta, Assisi, Perugia and many other attractive Umbrian towns. The views from all sides of the castle are superb and it enjoys both sunrise and sunset. There is one hectare of well laid out gardens all fenced with electronic gates at the entrance road where there is a 10mt x 15 mt. (approximately) swimming pool, many olive trees, cypress and maritime pines. The castle, although habitable immediately, would benefit an overhaul and improvements and could be made into a very special property. Currently the accommodation is as follows: Entrance to reception area and stair way to upper floors, large kitchen, large dispenser/laundry. Spacious dining area, further reception room which could make a lovely lounge and cloakroom/toilets.
