The guest cottage, which was originally a tobacco drying barn, is a rendered brick building sited adjacent to the main house and is a simple ‘two up two down’ design with kitchen dining room and living room on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor, one with en suite shower room and there is a separate bathroom with tub.

Both buildings enjoy the delightful garden where there is plenty of space to sit out and eat ‘al fresco’.  There is a lovely garden room with a water feature, great to sit in the shade on hot summer days
The property is tucked away off the main street of San Secondo where there are grocery shops and everything you need for day to day living.

Thanks to Ryanair, there are direct flights to Perugia airport, 35 minutes distant.
A car is not strictly necessary as San Secondo is served by local rains and buses.
